This depends on a few factors including the occasion, the time of day your event is being hosted and the duration of the event. Whether guests are big or small eaters and also your budget plays an important factor in the menu design. Our events are fully bespoke so our Event Managers will help to advise on quantities for your event.
Menu tastings can be conducted at any of our restaurants. Depening on the event, charges may apply for menu tastings.
Absolutely. We love food and we love to create new menus that tell a unique story for our clients.
We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free, kosher and more. All menu selections can be created with special dietaries in mind to ensure your guests with special dietary requirements are left feeling just as special and as satisfied as all of your other guests.
Our menus are priced per person, unless of course you are ordering food stations.
Our proposals will always outline the gst exclusive and inclusive costings.
If your function falls on a Sunday, Public Holiday or other special calendar days like Cup Day or New Year's Eve, surcharges may apply.
Yes we do and our staff are there to take the work out of hosting your event. At Scott Pickett Events our staff are professionals who love what they do and like to have fun. They are trained in the latest food handling and bar tending (RSA) skills and come fully accredited.
Your Event Manager will advise you prior to the event date who of our friendly staff will be servicing your event.
Depending on the event type, service times and catering and beverage requirements, this will vary per event. Your Event Manager will advise all details prior to event date.
Catering and beverage staff will all wear our standing black and white uniform. If you wish for our staff to be dressed in a theme or style that ties into your event, please discuss with your Event Manager in initial discussions.
Every event will have different requirements. You may choose to hire any additional equipment yourself, or let us do the hard work for you and sit back and relax. If we are providing food at a new venue, our team will do a site reccie to determine requirements. If you have invited us into your home, our friendly staff will leave your house clean and tidy, how we found it.
If you event is being hosted at a blank canvas venue, we generally will include in your proposal details of hiring cutlery, crockery glassware and other essential equipment. We have a list of professional hire services we partner with. You can also hire this yourself if you prefer - we can simply supply the equipment list.
Upon receiving your proposal, to confirm your booking we require a 30% deposit payment and a signed copy of the terms and conditions.
