With BETA by STH BNK at Hanover House, Melbourne
At the end of 2021, Scott Pickett Events partnered with BETA by STH BNK to produce the unmissable immersive dining experience, Higher Order, featuring a tasting menu by Scott Pickett. A multi-sensory experience of design, performance and food, Higher Order took guests deep into another realm where scent, sound and taste merged in an Asiatic-inspired culinary hallucination.
Higher Order had 7431 guests in attendance over 62 sessions in 32 days.
